History Detectives joined the RDP network meeting

Adventa invited the Raglan District Roots project to showcase their heritage tourism projects at an RDP Leader network meeting set for the 18th July. We arranged for a site visit to St Cadoc's Church and gave them an overview of the project along with an update on our progress to date. This was followed by the Raglan VC Primary School History Detectives tour of the graveyard.

Cheryl Morgan, Project Manager gave a brief overview of the Raglan District Roots project and answered questions from the conference members. Afterwards the History Detectives worked as pairs to lead tours for the delegates.

The Raglan History Detectives club was established in 2010 to find out about the history of Raglan Village. We spend every Tuesday afterschool during term time exploring history in the St Cadoc's Churchyard. Click here to learn more about the | History Detectives
